These are approximate sizes. But we do try to follow them.
Use a 3/8 inch seam allowance on all quilts. It is much stronger.
If you tie the quilt use all of the strands of embroidery thread. No Yarn, it comes untied.
We tie a surgeon's knot because it is stronger. I found some sites on the internet where they show you how to tie them.
Tie every 4 to 5 inches.
Please use Cotton Fabrics. No Polyester!
If you are making a baby or a childs quilt please use children's themed fabric. Stay away from adult and dark fabrics.
